September 30:  Submission of ID46 cost reports. If the deadline falls on the weekend, the due date will be the next business day, per revised ID46 instructions issued in July 2017.

October 31:  Submission of requests for waiver of the standard interim rate methodology. 

Waiver Requests for Unforeseen Circumstance:  ODP recommends that a submission of a waiver request for an unforeseen circumstance that occurs after the October 31st deadline should be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence.  However, note that the regulations state a waiver request must be submitted during the fiscal year to which it applies; hence, by June 30.

May 31:  Submission of Movement of Funds requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the rate setting correspondence has been significantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting correspondence. 

June 30:  Submission of Budget Modification requests must be postmarked by this date, unless the rate setting correspondence has been signficantly delayed, in which case you may submit the request within 30 days of the date of the rate setting corresponcence.

Filing appeals:   Generally, appeals must be filed within 30 days of the document which you are appealing (audit report, cost settlement, interim rate letter, fee schedule rates, methodology, denials, etc.)
