On January 1, 2022, DHS/ODP published the proposed rate setting methodology and fee schedule rates for the Office of Developmental Programs Consolidated, Community Living, and PFDS Waivers.  There will be a 30-day comment period.  All providers are encouraged to review the impact that these rates have on your programs and submit your comments.
